Dragons Abreast “Chi Life” Workshop
Hello Dragons Abreast community! Following on the success of our 2024 workshops, we are thrilled to announce a “Chi Life” workshop, hosted by Wellspring Westerkirk House at Sunnybrook.
About our hosts
Sifu David Leopold is a martial and healing arts specialist and a certified instructor in Taichi and Qigong. With 30+ years of practising, studying, researching, teaching and developing programs and educational materials, Sifu David brings an innovative and holistic approach to teaching and practice.
Wellspring Cancer Support https://wellspring.ca/locations/gta/ helps people living with cancer elevate their quality of life and strengthen their minds and bodies through innovative cancer support programs.
Schedule of Events
10 am – 10:45 am: Welcome and Guided Tour of Wellspring Westerkirk House
11 am – 12:30 pm: Chi Life Experiential Workshop – Led by David Leopold

How to Register
The workshop is free to attend for members and friends of Dragons Abreast. Optional donation to Wellspring Cancer Support Centre is encouraged and appreciated.
Registration is limited to 16 spots and at the time of posting, only two spots remained available. Email Social@dragonsabreast.ca by Monday, April 7th, with the message: “I’ll be there for Chi Life on April 13th!”
Location
The workshop will be held at Wellspring Westerkirk House at Sunnybrook, 105 Wellness Way, Toronto, M4N 0B1.
Parking is available at Sunnybrook Lot #20 or #26 (adjacent to Westerkirk House) for a fee. There is a Green P lot on Bayview Avenue, just north of Sunnybrook Hospital.
Transit: TTC buses run from Lawrence and Davisville subway stations, and stop outside Sunnybrook George Hees Wing (L-Wing).
